This episode is an important opportunity to bring the conversation about cancer into the workplace - a place where so many lives are inevitably touched by diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
During the discussion, Robin reflects on why understanding and compassion are essential in supporting employees who are navigating a cancer diagnosis. With one in three people likely to face cancer at some point in their lives, employers cannot afford to treat this as a rare or exceptional issue. Beyond policies and procedures, it’s about giving managers and colleagues the confidence and empathy to provide meaningful support.
